With the latest Accu-Stats One Pocket tournament taking shape....I was wondering who are the top 10 best One Pocket players? The top 5 or 6 are somewhat a given...Frost/Efren/Alex/Shane/Busty....but what I'm wondering who is your top 10...and I'm curious to see where and if JJ/John Schmidt/Varner/Cory/Gabe would rate. So here it is... Who's your top 10?

Happy New Year,

krelldog

Nah, I think he's still got over 2 years left to serve. I love watching him play too!

Top Ten One P.

When figuring out who are the 10 best.., take in consideration that they will be playing on a 5x10 Diamond.

That is without a doubt the Top 5
The next 5 could be a slew of players including Corey, JJ, Gabe(when playin), Tony C., Sylver, Gentile, Chip, Joey, John S., Rafael, Daz(getting out ability alone), Earl, Shuff, Jose P., Ike, RichyRich, Daulton, D.Smith. Then theres probably 5 unknows around the country that can handle some of these.

Gambling, I don't think Alex or Busty would like it playing Cory.... He may be the most under rated 1p player out there. JMO

Not that he isn't a good player, but its a tournament. Ben Curtis won the British Open, does that mean he's the favorite to beat any of the top 50 golfers in the world? No. It just means he was on point and things went his way for 4 days.

A few more names that could possibly make your list that I've seen play....

Jose, Ike, Richie....

But the highest gear I've seen in person was Monster John (r.i.p.) whenever he was in action down here in fl.... I remember he played grossman a few times when david was beating everyone... He put david in the frying pan....

Man, that guy was so smooth...

I would make honorable mention of Chip Compton, Joey Gray, Danny Smith, Sylver Ochoa, Corey Deuel, John Schmidt and Chris Gentile also could be in the number 10 position on any given day.

I agree, except for the facts:
-he loses interest;
-he has to try crazy stuff too often, just to see if he was right...and yes, ofthen, he was!

I think that your listen is almost more of a top 10 pros....

If Chris Gentile is not on your list then your list is wrong. He proved that in 2011. Roadman is also a brilliant one pocket player, he bellyed up to try shane some even, he lost but he made shane work very very hard for it. Ike Runnels is also a phenominal tournament 1 pocket player, he is finishing well consitently. And he is what, almost 70 lol?

This is why I didn't like his end when they were giving dippy 17-4, 18-4 or whatever ridiculous spot it was... Imo, his game is just too offensive to fade those big spots...

I don't even remember who got the cash.... I think dippy beat corey but gabe beat dippy.... Idk, water under the bridge now...

In no particular order...

Reyes
Frost
Nevel
SVB
Gentile
Owen
Joyner
Deuel
Daulton
