Never hurts to have a spare. You can have one doing one job & the other doing another.

The bad thing is I know you're right. Even worse your over 800 miles away. I used to live in Collinsville,Il. That was a brutal weekend drive![]()
Oh, thank God, I drove by the bank today and had to force my car not to swerve in. Give me a break till after the 1st, no one sells a lathe to me, I am an addict.

Well, he is online now. I am sure he will have a good reason for going 3 weeks with no contact.
He has been online all day. I know because I've been looking for a PM as to when I'm getting my lathe or my refund, even checking his public profile that shows his activity which is about every 30 minutes. He can't deny getting paid because I saved all the PM's where he stated he did. At this point I'll take the refund and if he wants to send me the lathe, I'll pay him when it gets here. Only fair. Don't want to have to go through the trouble in filing a fraudulent claim but considering the money I paid, I may have to.
I'm sorry. I will say that is pretty interesting considering all the smack talk he and his wife had to offer recently regarding a certain wrap jig HE INVENTED.....
I am SURE there is some explanation as to why he has not delivered, sent you tracking, or responded to any of your requests for info......
At least I hope so...
FWIW..I had a misunderstand with carguy.. Then again, as soon as he posted I made sure to resolve the issue.... Tony(Guerra Cues) gave me a heads up. There was a screw up with paypal, but we got it figured out. Since he has been online and mhas probably seen this(or probably emails), I am calling this what it is... bullshit. If nothing else, there is no excuse for not communicating when dealing with a high dollar item...
Randy's right. Miscommunication and misunderstandings happen, but are easily resolved with an email or a post on the forum.
What happened between Randy and I was a simple paypal screwup, resolved very quickly with a couple posts and emails. It was that easy, and now ancient history.
Dave, you have always seemed like a stand-up guy.
We all know stuff happens....Why not just fire off a post or an email and tell the OP what's up? It sounds like he's been in the dark a while now.
Too busy (or whatever}to get the shipping together(it happens!)? Just tell the guy what's up.
