Is someone who acted just like you did when you agreed to sell me the inlay machine and showed me what came with it for the price I paid you. And then called me to come get it a few weeks later in a big hurry with the box and inlay machine on a dolly. Telling me you had to hurry out to dinner but boy was I surprised when I got home and saw how much stuff you had cheated me out of. You got me for 5 or 6 hundred so do the right thing and send me a paypal Wayne. You got a lot of nerve saying anything about someone else cause your plan was on purpose not just a mistake.--Leonard (no kin) Holmes
Leonard, you need to get your facts straight before you make baseless accusations. Just for the record, and to refresh your obviously poor memory,
#1. You were shown everything that went with the machine BEFORE we agreed on the price.
#2. At that time I made you aware of the time frame that I needed the machine moved by and you agreed to it. I accepted a deposit from you and at that time
told you the deposit would be non-refundable if you failed to complete the purchase...You also agreed to that.
#3. Come time for the machine to be moved you hadn't called or made other arrangements so I called you to ask if you still wanted it. You then said you
would be by the next day or so to pick it up (which you did).
4. When you arrived at my shop the machine & the tool box was sitting on a work table, not on a dolly. The tool box was wide open and you rummaged through it asking
questions about how to make the stylus for it and which stylus to use with certain end mills. You also looked through all the end mills & various other items that I included.
If you felt there was something missing why didn't you make a comment then?
I do (clearly) remember you calling me a day or so later asking about a brass pattern I had made, and I reminded you that it was NEVER part of the sale.
If your memory serves well, you'll recall I did give you a copy of that particular pattern (even though I felt no obligation to) since I would have no further need of it.
Which leads to #5
#5. When you called asking about that brass pattern (that was NOT part of the sale) I offered you a FULL refund if you were not satisfied with the deal. You declined!
This was all done in March 2011. Why would you wait nearly two years before complaining?
You received everything that was supposed to go with the inlay machine and then some.
