Hi all. I have had a couple of dealings recently with cheapcues.com and want to give them the big thumbs up they deserve.
1) I ordered a cue I wasn't happy with; a few weeks later they took it back, no hassle at all. (No restocking fee nonsense.)
2) I ordered a second cue and due to some glitch (a side-effect of my keeping their order form open half the day while obsessing over exactly what to buy and from whom), I accidentally placed the same order three times. (Takes a certain talent.) When I opened my email and saw three separate confirmations, I broke into a cold sweat and started working out the desperate email to beg out of two of them. Before I could send it the phone rang and it was Mike from cheapcues. "Hey did you really mean to order the same cue three times?" He took care of it -- no hassle with the credit card company, no worries.
3) The cue came (today -- it's great). It was a custom order from Viking, and it seems that Viking used to put a Tiger Everest tip on it, but now sells it with a LePro. The cheapcues site still said it came with the Everest, so when it arrived with the LePro I was a little disappointed. I emailed Mike and brought it to his attention, prepared to let it go as not a big deal. I just got his response apologizing for the confusion; he is sending me an Everest tip.
They are honest businessmen over there, and they take care of their customers with personal attention that's rare these days. Buy from them with confidence.
