I am posting this to make sure no one else gets scammed by this person. His Name is Chad Shoup, I found him advertise his services here on AZ. On the table mech. list. He was in Kansas city but could now be in Quincy Ill. I think that's where hes from.
I hired him to redo my 14 year olds son pool table for his upcoming birthday this Sunday. However after 3 weeks this man has not done a thing except take my sons money and give me a bunch of excuses. he kept promising to show up and he never does!
He took our pool table rails with him to replace the rubber and now We don't even have the rails to the table to get it fixed.

Stay away from this con artist an scammer ! If you know where he is let me know so I can have the police pick him up. :angry:
Sad thing is Now my son has no 9 ft table to practice on for the Jr nationals, Let alone getting scammed out of 200.00 of his money.
You can Google this , Chad Shoups , name I found his mugshot there. He actually gave good references before being hired . Just beware don't want anyone else getting scammed by him.
