I just left a message on kevins phone
Stating that if he wants this det fogiven he needs to contact me asap or I will start legal actions..............
There is no reason he can not contact his pre paid customers,
If he contacts me , I will forgive the det, if he doesnt I will do everything I can to charge him with fraud.
One phone call kevin Is it worth 500.00 bucks to call me and ask this det to be forgiven... And I will never contact or bother you again.............
The choice is his. I have pre paid in full for a bem becote pj wrapless with 2 solid maple shafts.
I know he has been sick but there is no reason he cannot bring some kind of end to his det to me.

i also emailed Kevin maybe 30 times the last year .
The last email he send was to tell me he was going to ship my cue tomorrow , now 1year1month ago .
I really do feel terrible sorry for what happened with Kevin but like Mike said he could have acted in a different way .
Will i ever see my cue ? My money he will never refund that's for sure !

It is not every day that I offer the easy way out, to settle a bad det and let both parties go there own way.
I do not know how many ph calls I have made to kevins phone.
But I do know he has gotten them because kevin complained to another azer that I called him 5 times in one day while he was in the doctors office.
The sad part of this is what is his excuss for not calling the other customers that have also pre paid.
From what I understand kevin can hardly speak right now.
But we have another azer that he says he see's kevin and he looks fine.
I wished I knew the truth on kevins health.
But kevin has been in contact with aleast one azer that has stood besides kevin though out him getting sick.
All it would taken is a phone call a text, email, a pm, or some kind of message from kevin.
I do not know why this could of not been handle alot better.

If you're referring to realizm, he also said in another thread he would look for Kevin and find him. I asked him which hospital he was going to look in and, then, as now, he's never responded. He hasn't responded as to where and when he saw Kevin last. I'm not sure he knows who we're talking about.

Lomax is 180 degrees the opposite, he is good as they come in all walks of life.
i have no beef with Varney, i hope he recovers and learns to be honest from his "near death" experience, that would be the best case for everyone, kevin more so than anyone, being honest with your customers ESPECIALLY in the tiny pool world has everyone's self/best interest.
I fully prepaid for PH and Curly Maple plain jane with one shaft to match the jump break I got directly from him. Its been year and a half since I sent money, I know he has health problems and and hospital and I dont pressure him. I hope he gets better and sends me the cue, even if its two years after I paid. I know stuff happens and not in the rush

I also think that kevin cannot give anyone any future hope on cues because he does not have a healthy future, and alot of guys will not say much about their health to other people. And this is the reason for not calling any of us
I feel bad about what lenths I had to go to get any kind of message from kevin.
With all this being said I just want kevin health to return.
Then I will give him hell for not staying in contact.

I have not heard from Kevin in going on five months now. My texts are unanswered as was the voice-mail I left. I seriously doubt anyone else has heard from him either.
