By-the-way, if I opened a room it would be called Tramp's Place. 
I have had a couple of pool rooms but I just left the names the same. I used to imagine about opening a new place when I was a kid and I always came back to the name "World of Billiards" or something along that line. I pictured it being a pool room as well as a museum, maybe even sort of a hall of fame type thing. No matter what someone's level of play there is no reason for them not to at least be knowledgeable in the games history.
