trying to get a game with this guy last night. (nine ball) and he wants a crazy spot then he stipulates he wants to play mizerak rules. what the hell is that, never heard of the game. he tries to explain but ever time i questioned something it seemed like he changed his mind on what was what. so, i just left the game alone. that way it would be no hard feelings between us. but if anybody has ever heard of the above mentioned mizerak rules please help.

I played on Mizerak's Senior Tour and do not remember any special rules. We might have had to spot the 9 if it went on the break or break from a break box but I do not even remember that.

The event in North Carolina I know the 9 counted on the break because I made it 4 times in one match and my opponent (Joe Blackburn) was too honest to give me a bad rack to stop it.

Is it possible he meant Grady Rules? In that case it would be call shot, opponent has the option on every miss, 9 on the break doesn't count, and the 9 has to go last.

i like to continue looking for keys long after i have found them...i hate to let the cliche be right
