Message to Mr. Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan is this how your employees do business.

Please answer the question as to why Mr. RKC has been treating this customer poorly and other AZ forum members.

If I buy a Diamond Table can I be expected to be treated this way?
If I have a problem with a Diamond table will Diamond fix it at their own time and leisure?
Just wondering, I only wish to be treated fairly?

If you go to google and serach for "realkingcobra rip off" (without the quotes), this and another thread here come right to the top...I haven't read the other thread from 2009, but in any case (whether you care or not) this is now a part of your current public legacy....

Now I have been in my own business on and off for decades, and there are indeed entries for my name in google...but nothing bad...and, I'm not trying to make myself sound good, I just consider this normal, just like having a really good ebay feedback rating...I have always considered it something I strived for...to have an OK legacy to leave behind....

Anyway, if I was the object of this thread, I'd just make it right and be done with it, and just move on...of course, in some ways, as you have pointed out, none of it is really a big deal...but then in other ways, maybe it just is....

Well, since I rather doubt Mr. Sullivan will respond, I'll take a stab at it for you.

If you buy a new table from Diamond, I don't think you will have anything involving RKC, as the way I understand it, he fixes tables. He doesn't have to install new tables.

Once again, as I understand it, RKC is a consultant (for lack of a better term) for Diamond, likely due to his incredible knowledge and expertise. That doesn't make him an employee, or a representative of the company.

I know that there is a standing joke about cuemaker time. Seems this is similar.

Barney, don't worry about my involvement with a Diamond table that you may, or may not someday buy from Diamond, though I don't work for Diamond...the next 13 Diamond tables I deliver and set up....I sold for Diamond, so I'm out delivering them right now.;)
