I like to picture RKC with the rails all laid out before him, with new sub rails installed and ready for rubber and cloth... a "good guy" move for something that went askew from the original plan. So he's got these rails, all ready for rubber and cloth, but he decides to take a break before finishing up.
He logs into AZ and sees this thread. A single tear rolls down his cheek, like that sad Indian commercial with the litter everywhere.
Glen returns to those perfect rails, and re calibrates the nose height to 1-1/8". With rubber glued on and cloth perfectly stretched (glued?), he packs them up, rubs his nuts on each of the corner castings, and sends the package on its way.
And he waits for the thread "RKC, that sum*****, made me lose my front teeth 'cause the ball hopped funny off my rails!"
Glen smiles.
