Bad Deal with daniels

This kind of crap...
is why I have a secondary checking account linked to paypal opposed to linking my primary account to them. I use it to collect funds from buyers only. As soon as they pay, I move the funds out of the secondary account to my primary checking which paypal can not access. I had a fraudulent chargeback a couple of years ago ( I sent the item to his confirmed address, got signature confirmation of the delivery etc.) buyer used an unauthorized card (or so the claim went) and paypal tried to charge it back to my checking account, but the money was not there. After repeated attempts, paypal charged my CC for the amount. I then called my CC company and charged it back against paypal. THEY LOST THE CLAIM!!! HAHAHA!! I informed paypal that it was not my fault that they allowed an unauthorized card on their site but as soon as they returned the cue to me, I would give them their money back. They threatened to suspend my account, but never did. And they never got their money back!

Im sure he has an eBay account also, most of us who buy and sell here, do there as well. Anybody know if he does so we can blow that up for him too? Maybe just do a search of his name on your email account that is tied to your ebay payments received?

You can tell just by this and the fact that he was looking at the thread and decided not to reply that this knob is scum-of-the-earth. I am sorry you had to find out the hard way NSA. Isnt it an automatic felony because its interstate commerce? Awhile back I had a customer write me a check for $4500,00 on a closed checking account, then he pretended like it was a NSF check and the bank screwed up. I did not tell him that I called his bank to get the scoop on what was going on but I immediately called a lawyer and was told the police would go grab him right away because he was from Il. and he paid me at my shop in Wi., but I was also informed having him in jail would not help get me paid.

Thanks Jim, I had an incident with rigmaster where I accidentally red repped him when it was meant for Daniels. First time I ever repped anyone and I guess I screwed it up.

Its called cowardness. Running from personal responsibility. Sadly, more and more people have this attitude today. How this guy could still be conducting "business" on this site is beyond me. These assclowns will spend $100 of effort to steal a stupid a$$ dime!

Personally, I would be persuing every single channel available to me to even the score. Adding yet another mark to his already beaming record would be considered a civic duty! Any time served in the pokey would be a huge bonus!

I was thinking (at least I thought I was thinking) that after posting this he would step up and do the right thing. So much for that, he never responded to a single word here.
But I guess not and so the next steps will have to be taken.

People really need to leave negative itrader when they have a very good reason to do so, and Moderators should be able to remove any itrader that is not warranted. I am sure that everyone here knows that nsafellow is one of the best, and very honest sellers on here (that offers very good deals), so if a buyer were to leave him a bad itrader feedback, then everyone would know that the feedback was left out of revenge (and not an honest feedback). I know that nsafellow is a very nice and honest seller (and shipped the items I ordered from him out very quickly, and they were exactly as advertised). It is just horrible that he got scammed, and lost out on the money for that case. I am very sorry to hear what happened to you nsafellow. The part about him blaming you about his computer being hacked was really stupid, and I do not understand why he would think that he would be paying twice when he never paid the 1st time. How stupid can a person be? Well, I hope that this person is not able to scam any more people in the future.

Did you really steal your mom's credit card to make this purchase?
If NSA is accurate in his accusations, have you made it right?
If he's not accurate, where is his accusation/story incorrect?
