Do not confuse daniel with daniels two different people. Daniel is a stand up guy who does not buy things with his mom's credit card.
No he is not a 12 year old kid....I have talked to him on the phone and he has items listed for sale that are quite valuable.....just dont deal with him or just give him bad reps so people know to avoid him.....cannot just let him get away with things like this.
The worse kind of criminals are the ones with no regard for right or wrong, no guilt, no appreciation for consequences,

Daniels needs to pay his debts!
+1 Even though it's been more like 3 months (May).
Daniels is an obvious scammer. Several times he's trying to shift blame & then having the audacity of claiming that Paypal screwed up & that he's been charged twice. WTF, does he pay his mom's credit card? Obviously not since she retracted the charge. Then he tries pointing the finger at you & claiming some BS about his comp being hacked. OMFG. What does that have to do with the deal anyway? It's an obvious scam & I suspect that the mom is in on it since it's happened more than once.
You should do what ridewiththewind says & go the extra mile to nail him on federal fraud. It's a lot of work on your part I know, & who wants that hassle, but people need to learn to pay their debts or else.
I'm a new user, but by no means dishonest, however it's people doing crap like this that makes me understand when someone doesn't want to deal with a newb to the forum.
+1 also that his IP should be banned from the site until you get your cash back (the dollar amount has nothing to do with it btw). Count yourself lucky that it was only a couple hundo, but it's still a tough pill to swallow.

If the statements are indeed as you recited, and I'm not questioning your statements but rather take them at face value, sure sounds like Daniels is bending you over on this one......Ouch. Again, if your rendition of the events is accurate, the facts irrefutably condemn Daniels to be a dishonest person.
Any decent person would have simply immediately paid you with alternative method or used a proper credit card in their name or tried to make substantial, partial payments ( 2 payments @ 50% spaced 30 days apart) or something. anything instead of just sheer indifference and their enormous fabrications that go on and on etc.
It's time for Daniels to grow a pair...........Heck, be a man.........prove me, and everyone else that condemns your behavior, wrong. This is really disgraceful behavior and I hope Daniels makes me eat my words by sending you payment immediately........even though that's hardly reason to ever do that based upon the runaround you've described.

I have done 5 recent deals with NSAFELLOW and feel that I have been spoiled with the amount of communication, honesty, value for my money, and speed of execution of all deals including shipping.
He sets the bar for the type of business we do here.
I mentioned value for my money - he didn't even know me yet when we did our first deal. Having said that, I want you to know that in that first deal he not only gave me a STELLAR deal on a shaft that was pristine and dead nuts straight - he also offered to give me a very nice gift with the shaft! I accepted and have been enjoying both since then.
WE NEED TO GET BEHIND NSAFELLOW AND SUPPORT HIM.
I will not do any business with the other joker mentioned in this fiasco. I advise others not to either.

I've had multiple transactions with nsafellow....this is one of the rock solid sellers here on AZ. This is unfortunate...this is a guy who's not only fair, but his communication skills/honest and accurate product descriptions/and prompt shipping are second to none.

That is the point ….I gave him every opportunity to pay it and he just kept dragging me on with his stories. I can write it off but what about the next guy who gets taken by him?

By the way, the reason this is taking so long is I am currently grounded from AZ Billiards.
Yet he is still on here selling and buying .........
If Daniels takes care of this problem he might continue buying & selling here.
I understand how people do desperate things at desperate times, but I am always amazed when it happens on AZ.
Others had had similar issues, eventually they take care of it and keep their rep intact.
Daniels needs to step up, because I don't think this thread is going to disappear any time soon.
