any info on a scammer of hueblers?????

I got a call from the same number

The phone is at my Son's house and is a very new land line. Only a couple relatives have the number. I mistakenly called back thinking it was family. Got Scotts name and voicemail. Did not leave a message figuring it was another phone scammer. He called back repeatedly to see who called him. Soon after he called my cell phone. Did not answer, but was puzzled who would know both numbers. I occasionally get text messages about selling Hueblers, but do not respond because noone should have my number but friends. This guy is persistent. The phone appears to be near San Francicso. Maybe he would like to come to S. Cal. to get a very close up of the butt of one of my Hueblers. If he harasses my family, I will join in pursuing legal action.
 
This guy has been Texting me, non-stop, even after I told him to STOP!!

In fact he has been bothering me about my personal Huebler Custom 3 that I have owned since ordered over 30 years ago.

Anyhow, I did not mention that I was selling my cue, just that I enjoy my Custom 3 and he contacted me, over and over and over and over and over and over

AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN and AGAIN!!!

I told him to stop messaging me, he offered 2K for the cue and I told him it was not for sale at any price, but he then started offering trades for US OPEN cues, in fact he just texted me 3 times in the last
12 HOURS!!!!!

I have stopped responding,

If I see his Text with the 1-512-619-9102

I just IGNORE THEM!!!!

He has also stated that he is a Friend of Terry, the Huebler Expert and friend of Paul, but I dont know this to be true or not,

All I know is he is a PAIN, and will not listen to you, even when you are polite and tell him to STOP MESSAGING ME!!

What are you supposed to do about this if it does not stop,

I told him I have limited Memory with my phone provider and please stop messaging me, since I am not interested.

But, he changes the topic or asks another question

ANY SUGGESTIONS,

About an hour ago, He sent me a message that the Posts on AZ

were being blown out of proportion,

I sent him another message, asking again, to not text me, EVER!!

And I stated, he did not need to confirm or respond to this message.

About 30 minutes ago, he sent me

I thought you might like this this yahoo has not stopped and my phone is ringing from people all over the us ! he is doing this to 13 people that i can list as of now! he keeps texting read this the police got a kick out of it and they have enough to further it!

I still have a lower tech Samsung Messenger II phone

This does not have the ability to add Applications

This is what is stated that I need with my METRO PCS provider,

I need to add this MetroBlocker Program,

But I dont think I can with my Phone Model

Just to let everyone know, If I get your info in private I wont release it.
with that said I sold Thomas Scott A cue in the past, and the transaction well,
I also found him a few Hueblers and those transactions also went well.
But I don't like my name being used for anything. I am not BEST BUDS
with him as he has made everyone believe (Hell I havnt even met him in person)
I FINISHED UP THE BUSINESS THAT I HAD WITH HIM TODAY AND I GUESS NOW
I ALSO WILL BE RECIEVEING THE SAME KIND OF TREATMENT
I have been contacted by a few of the AZ members about him telling me that he has been using me as a go between, I do help people locate Hueblers but if the answer is NO I wont keep blowing up your PHONE,or Email. I plan on working with Huebler collectors in the future, here on AZ

You should try to write in sentences and use capitol letters where needed.

I could be wrong, but I remember it being illegal to make unsolicited business calls after 9 or 10 pm in Texas.

With all of the people who capitalize letters unnecessarily on this forum, along with all of the misspelled words and poorly articulated sentences, I'm surprised that you called out Cornerstone.
Don't stop with Bill Grassley, get busy man, there are a lot of English class dropouts around here that could use your tutelage.
There was a thread about this in the NPR, and I think that you and that kid Drew would be a hoot together at the pool hall.
 
Block iPhone calls without Jailbreaking

If you have an iPhone, the new iOS7 will have call blocking included. I have been using for more than a month and it works just fine. Once you block them, no more calls/messages.

This pic is from a junk contact that I throw telemarketers into. You can see that is says Unblock this caller. If someone isnt blocked, it will say Block this caller.

First of all the person did not call. He made texts. Also, it is not illegal to make any call in Texas. The guy has his business phone posted on his website. Also, how is anyone supposed to know he has his little girl sleeping next to him. If he was really that concerned about a text waking up his daughter then he probably should have put the phone on silent or put the phone in the other room where his daughter could not hear it. Poster is obviously trying to get sympathy from people. Cornerstone is in the business of selling cues and the guy was only trying to text him so he can purchase a cue. Seems like Bill would welcome a text to buy one of his cues. After all isn't that was he is in business for? Therefore I have no sympathy for the guy at all. Evidently the guy buys cues all the time with no issues according to the posts made by Poolcrazy.
