Actually Lo is a more experienced and more seasoned player than Oi and has been around for some time and is less well known as the other top Taiwan players. I think he is based in Japan and has permanent residence which is why he can represent Japan

Yes, while all other teams are serious playing like it was matter of life and death, they enjoying themselves and having fun. Too bad they are out was rooting for them to go until semi or final. When they lost, they were embracing Niels and Nick as if they had won LOL.
In the 15th or 16th game, when Lo was preparing to shoot the 9, Oi was nearby and making a lot of happy gestures, that was hilarious. India provided entertainment off the table but on the table they were dead serious. The other team who seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves is the young Taiwan team of Chang /Ko :thumbup:

Hungary showing some stage fright so far. Philippines team can sense their weakness. Still, it's early, with the Filipinos up 2-1.

Lee Van is the most hardworking and helpful of all the players. He takes out the most balls from most pockets when rack is over :D
 
It's 4-1 and both of the Filipinos appear to be in stroke now. Hungary is in deep trouble here.
 
Hungarians were given a chance in rack 7 but messed it up with bad positional error. If it was Japan earlier they were grab the chance to catch up
 
At last, the Filipinos miss, as Dennis can't cut the three in with the bridge.

Ridiculous kick in attempt (a good safety was available) by Hungary after a position error hands the rack back to the Filipinos, so it's 8-1.
 
OMB wat happened to the hungry Hungarians . Just now saw them shooting in rack 9 when score was 7-1 and now I see it is 8-1. Hungary again did not capitalise on the miss on 3 ball by Lee Van? Looks like Hungary have given up mentally. They are of giving a fight :(

No weak link was Shane. Shane made easy errors like a no cushion on 1ball which gave Japan ball in hand. Shane was demoralised and down affected by his errors and Archer was the one pumping up the team and making some great shots to bring them to hill. Archer is fantastic leader and someone you want in yr team when your team is down :)
