These Japanese are quite entertaining! The match are all squared up at 3 games apiece, Japan breaking...

I overslept a little but I'm back on the job. That was a great runout by Japan, especially that eight ball by Lo Li Wen. This is a good match between two strong teams.

It's 3-3 at the moment.

Japan returned the favor after a poor safety play from Holland. We're tied up again at 4 games apiece...

Must be Christmas in England, both teams have given a rack as gifts to each other. Japan pulled 1 back, but still trailing, 5 games to 6 but breaking next.

Minor positional error by Nick leads to terrible miss by Niels and it denies Holland what should have been a 7-4 lead. The game is on again, with Japan down just one rack and breaking, 6-5.

Niels missed that six ball by a mile!

Nick Vandenberg just made one of the best clutch shots of this event, a difficult two nine combo into the side, to win it for Holland 9-8.

Wow, what a finish!

Holland didn't play well in this one, and two late errors by Feijen in the closing racks nearly cost the match, but Vandenberg was excellent and bailed them out. They'll have to regroup if they are to beat Finland.

Japan really put on a show! Great Match! Was rooting for Japan, but Vandenberg made a great shot.

Yeah, great effort. I think most of us knew how good a player Naoyuki is, but Lo Li Wen certainly made an impression. He made several critical shots along the way to keep Japan in it.

I enjoyed watching the 2 Japanese players. They were really loose, laughing and joking with each other. I know I couldn't be that laid back playing for my country and 60k. Johnnyt
