Start with "awesome".

Get some thick skin to deal with retorts such as mine.

bobx77...Definitely here the main forum gets the most traffic. Lots of people frequent the wanted/for sale forum and the "action" forum. As an instructor I look at the Ask The Instructor forum. BTW, welcome to AzB!

Scott Lee peddles pool.
His opinions reflect a vested interest.:D

Best place to start is the snooker section

Lots of top quality World Snooker tournaments available live on the web, thanks to the UK bookies, Eurosport, Skysport, and the BBC.
See what an organized sport is like - for example, uniform rules all around the world played on a full-sized table with challenging pockets.

Have fun - and ignore the trolls who lurk in ambush.

It really all depends on what you are interested in.
Pool in general? go to Main Forum
Cue Building? Ask the Cue Maker forum
Politics or just want to read the current feuds or debates? Non Pool Related forum
The title of each forum pretty much tells you what will be there.
