Danny seems to indicate what I thought was presented to us as a move to "protect the kids" is in fact, a monetary negotiation.

I guess I'm the only to person to disagree. If there was no statement this would have been 32 pages of, "Who the Hell is Str8 Shots and why won't they come on here and tell us why we can't watch this match???!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!@!@!TGRTHDTHSFSE" (Not sure if I got the right number of exclamation marks there, it seems to escalate with certain topics.)
As far as a sponsor, I would not want my company name on those two matching up either if my employee was supposed to be a role-model to children. There's just too much bad blood. There's a certain amount anyone can fade, and while I would try my best to trust my own horse, I also wouldn't drop him into a burning building just to see if he got a little hot.

OK, so once I look at everything of what has happened and what can happen in the future. I think I have sorted it out after talking this through. At least enough to make sure that everyone is clear on this. Again there has been some confusion with, wording, timelines and plain crossed wires. So here goes.
The initial post by Str8-shots a (Mix up I believe) NO Schmidt/Harriman match. Kimberly was referring to the only match that she was aware of at that time. The one I was working on. After talking about the pros and cons decided that it was not the right match for Str8-Shots to produce. Hence the thought that it was not going to happen. That I believe was the start of things.
John's contract with Str8-shots. John has a stipulation as all our player agreements do to basically behave and no unsportsmanlike conduct. That is in ANY EVENT, not just TAR. Same rules apply at the US Open or Derby City or any other event. It just so happens based on what we all know there is a higher % of things getting a little out of line with this match than in some other cases.
So to quash the feeling or assumption that John is NOT allowed play the Danny match or he will lose his sponsorship with Str8-shots is not correct. He can play in the TAR match if he agrees to it and wants to etc. That is up to him however he knows the sportsmanship part of his agreement and that is the only part that would put his sponsorship in any kind of danger.
So, I think its clear enough to say that Str8-shots were never trying to stop TAR or take any of TAR's potential profit because Str8-shots had cancelled their event pretty after they had all the facts. After they cancelled it they were willing to compensate them for cancelling the potential match that str8-shots would have produced.
So go ahead Justin, in case you were of the same thought. Make it happen. I know there are a couple of small stipulations on both sided but nothing that can't be handled fairly easy.
I am truly sorry that this whole mess has got so out of control an I know that was never the intention of myself or Str8-shots. I wish Justin and TAR the best of luck and hope the event goes off smooth and profitable for you.

I am told the match WILL take place in not so distant future
I will say that I was told the match would take place, So I accepted the terms that Mark Cantrell offered and now I am accepting the offer that Kimberly has offered. I want to play and that has never been an obstacle for me, for anyone out there interested in John and I playing the third and final rematch - Kimberly has told me that we will in fact play.

Ok so first it wasn't their decision to cancel it was johns and then it was their decision to cancel.
Danny hon, what has kimberly offered? From what we hear she just doesn't want her boy John to play because it may be heated. Is she offering a match up? Danny I'm sorry your getting dragged into all this. I hope you and John match up without all the red tape and stipulations. You two never did anything wrong and gave us great pool to watch. I don't know why there is a Road block.

Danny I don't think there is going to be much in the way of residual income from pay preview if done through st8shots because I don't think many will be watching.

Kim seemed to post that Str8 had some kind of plans for 2014.

I think Danny is accepting to play the match for Str8, whom Mark says has no interest in producing the match. Maybe Mark and Kim aren't communicating too well, or maybe Kim and daddy didn't communicate too well.

Danny will play the match for Str8 but they aren't willing to do the match.
I think that's the scorecard.
Meantime, I like Shane in this week's TAR match-up (apparently both Shane and Corey were able to work with TAR).

Danny seems to be under the impression he is playing John in 2014. Its not with TAR. I made my offer and it will stand in the future unless they play the match with someone else first at which point its obviously off the table.
Like many here I have a lot of other things going on and can't really keep all this stuff straight at this point so I will just say what i have said previously: I hold no ill will towards anyone at all. I wish everyone involved success in the future and I apologize for any part I played in stirring up this mess.
Ok maybe Danny is just referring to the offer from Kim for them to get paid and not play right now. So then Danny would be correct in saying no to TARs offer right now.
I don't know why she thinks they will be good buddies by 2014. Maybe she thinks they just need time.
