Anyone going to the Mosconi Cup?

It's really going to be crazy this year... :)

Matchroom is doing a fine job pumping it up. Everything they do is first class. The Earl documentary is going to be over the top.

Can't wait...!
 
I would encourage any members that will be at the Mosconi to look me up. Remember our offices are only 15 miles from the host hotel (the Mirage).

I am planning on being there throughout the whole event. I am usually moving around a lot so just walk up and say hi.

I will always be being chatty about something - even if I am wrong!

My outlook has changed a lot on pool - and professional players. I expect people to want a lot of answers about what CSI is going to be doing in the future - but we are figuring that out as we go.

BTW - I know that Ozzie Reynolds (from the Actin Pool Tour) will also be here.

JAM, my plan (such as it is) is to try and do the same thing I did at the US One Pocket Open earlier this year and make a daily report in the am. That seemed to be well received.

However, given the crowd that appears to be going this year, mitigating factors may interfere :-)

PL, no battle. My wife is the best.

I guess I looked just sad enough at the dinner table one night talking about the swell time everyone was going to have this year at the MC and how I wanted a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas and she said, "Go. Have a good time. But you're not getting a BB gun for Christmas. You'll shoot your eye out."

Sounds like there might be some time to play some. I was not going to bring any cues but I might after all. I am there for all four days and will be looking for the AZ folks.:cool:

By the way, One Hundred And Seventy Five Brits will be coming for The Mosconi Cup as spectators. It will be a Riot and the concession stands will run out of the Beer. EuuuuuuRRRUUUUUPPP!
 
I will be there..If any of u wanna play some one pocket.j/k.Very doubtful if i ever leave the sports book or mosconi cup...Derek disco is supposed to go but i dunno if he is backing out..First round on one of yall..
