I had a Ford Explorer with a "defect" in the Firestone tires. Ford replaced the tires on all Explorers to insure the "defective part" was properly dealt with.
I'm a little confused, has someone you know...DIED because of scuff marks on the balls from pocket liners? People were DYING is why Ford recalled the Firestone tires...NOT quite the same with pool table pocket liners. Here's the real question....do the pocket liners on a Diamond table....PREVENT the balls from being pocketed? Because if they did, then that would be considered a defect in the design of them...which is preventing them from doing what they're suppose to do, which is to provide a catchers mit so to speak in the pockets as to allow the balls to drop down into the awaiting basket. Flaw and defect are two totally different words with different meanings.
