On a more serious note. What I've found illuminating on ABR is not only the insights and opinions, but - the forecasts and directives provided by industry leaders. Many of us want to see the future of pool. Some are jockeying for position. ABR is no crystal ball, but it helps us see. :thumbup:

By the way, Mark Wilson is too humble to tell you that he has Landon Shuffet on his collegiate team. Mark is very literally building future Mosconi Cup candidates.

And, I don't know if you all caught it, but he also said that practically half his team ARE SCHOLARSHIPPED ! These kids are being paid to get a college education AND play professional pool. How bad-ass is that?

It's always nice to be undefeated! GO Lions! :thumbup: There are several very strong junior players on Mark's roster...not just Landon. There are also lower skilled players, that are getting the best pocket billiards training and collegiate learning experience money can buy! How great that there are scholarships available too! This program is a perfect template for future collegiate programs like it. I know I would love to put together a program like Mark's at a university somewhere near me. I developed and implemented a program at Montana State 25 years ago, that turned out state, regional and national champions.
