This case has been a long time coming but it was definitely well worth the wait, i love John's 4x8 Butterfly Cases and i genuinely believe there is no better way to travel around carrying 4 cues than using his butterfly cases cos they are so comfortable to use. I've had my other JB 4x8 Butterfly Case since 2011 and it's travelling all over the world with me which i shared on this page awhile back.
I supplied John with this elephant print leather, so yeah it's not real elephant hide but it's real leather made to look like elephant hide and i think it looks real good as it's more than just pressed leather, it's got texture and tones plus they're thick yet soft. So i had two different colour of this leather sent to John, Grey is used for this Butterfly and the other Tan Orange was used on this Bazooka.
Anyway back to this Butterfly case, it turned out gorgeous and i have Karen to thank for it. Originally this case was suppose to be just a regular butterfly case albeit with some minor upgrades such as extra protection around case and extra rubber protectors on the base but when i saw Ralf's (big-tattoo) fully tooled butterfly case i concluded that this case needed some bling and tooling it was. So i told Karen about it and gave her free rein to do whatever she wanted. So lo and behold this is what we have here.
