I was wondering if my service as far as shipping has been okay? Are the Tips the quality you expected. Is there anything I can do to be a better supplier for you?

Just because of this post, I am going to place my first order with you.

I use a really hard Ultraskin as a break tip and really like it. I will try and displace Kamui around these parts. I will look over your current deals and order a couple dozen.

I personally really appreciate proactive service providers like you seem to be.

Thank you. I figure if I don't care about my customers I have no biz selling to anyone.

I am someone elses customer 99% of the time. I want bang for my buck in todays world.
 
As far as the quality goes they are one of the best tips on the market. I've got almost everybody around here loving them. Now the shipping. Sometimes it seems I get the tips before I order them. I don't know how he does it but once I ordered tips friday and got them monday. He must have a GUY at the post office. Keep up the good work Tom......Rick Trembley.

I placed my order late on a Friday night and my tips showed up Monday. If that's not great service, I don't know what is. Thanks again Tom! Everyone loves the Ultraskins! Installed almost a dozen this weekend alone!

Your tips are the best and the shipping is as fast as any. Everyone loves your tips and im going to make them my standard tip on my cues because of the favorable responses from players.

Tom you products and service is over the top, I received the tips Thursday just as you promised so I had plenty of tips for the tournament all went well and would not if you had not went over the top to help me out. Thanks for all you do for us.
 
tips and service GREAT

i think i have got about a hundred plus, from you. i have one on my personal playing cue and all customers like them.
i am putting them on the new cues i build, and have never had a complaint or request to change one of them.


keep up the great work, as i will be needing more soon.
