The thread seems to have came down to the usual pick one. Any of you could be being a bit less than honest on the forum, a good chance that all of you are spinning the story pretty hard to suit yourselves. Who knows?
One question: I see high end cue written over and over, what kind of dollars are we talking about? Somewhat idle curiosity but I find it odd that the same term is used over and over. "High end" covers a range of tens of thousands of dollars depending on who is using the term.
On to other things I have noticed in the thread: The buyers and Jeff seem to have a track record of slow and sloppy dealings as far as delivery and payments on both sides. Jeff pretty much said point blank he needed to sell the cue and get paid now. I doubt seriously that the buyer couldn't find two hours to go grab the cue and pay for it. He didn't see the need to, possibly Jeff didn't make that as clear as he could have, probably should have based on past dealings. Jeff very much felt the need to get the cue moved and get some cash if I am reading correctly. It reads like all of you have been headed for a train wreck and it finally happened.
