Scott Frost vs Ronnie Allen in his prime

So much for AB, not being a TOP player and being able to handle a 'second string' player like SJD!

As usual, you are so busy trying to convince everyone I was a non-player, you have screwed up everything, anybody said !.......Nobody, (least of all ME)...ever said I could beat Bug's or RA !!!..Perhaps this quote of Scott's, might have set you on 'tilt' ?..

Your inability to accept the fact that I may have been able to beat Artie, keeps getting you deeper, and deeper in your own do-do !..You need to pay attention, then you won't have to put up with everyone calling you out, on your obvious blunder's ! :sorry:

You keep them, 'Minions' working hard for you! It's noble work their doing on YOUR behalf! :D

The Truth will always be the truth, YOU can twist and turn but, you'll never squirm off the hook! :sorry:

BTW, YOU beating any of those 3 players is a matter of simple math, which even you can follow! :p

P.S. Billy I. and I also have been friends for 50 years, I also like, 'Getting it straight from the horses mouth!'

P.P.S. Keep in mind, Dr Bill has been one of the smartest gamblers around for many years!
;)

Yes...Everybody works so hard for me, and against YOU!..It is you, who needs to apply some serious "math"...Just as it is you, who needs to "squirm off the hook"!..But obviously, you never will..You will continue to leave your 'toilet' paper trails, all over the forum ! :p

PS..Speaking of Cardone, yes, he is a VERY smart gambler !.. You must have missed an important add-on, to my previous post..(the quote from Scott) ;)...Here, please let me give it to you again;..

If Artie wasn't a TOP player, than what were Bugs and Billy, since Artie beat them EVERY time they played, EVEN!

You must of overlooked this:

Artie played Bugs first, while they were playing, Billy was woofing to play the winner!

Artie told him, "Don't worry, You'll get to play the winner!"

Jack Parks and Tommy Belanti staked Billy to play Artie.

So much for AB, not being a TOP player and being able to handle a 'second string' player like SJD!

How can YOU even be in the same classification as RA, AB and Bugs, when a GREAT player like Allen Hopkins, when asked about SJD, said, "I never heard of him!"

BTW, just for the REAL record, Artie asked Allen to play EVEN when He was in Chicago at Freddy's Northshore Club, He respectfully declined!

P.S. The poster Red with this dubious Facebook message. How is it this guy, who hasn't even been on the site since 2012, land on this thread at this precise time?

Something smells a little stinky to me!
;)

Why do I even bother ?..With you, it will always be "garbage in, stupider garbage out"!

Sayonara Mr.3??...Have a lovely valentines day, with all your "Close" [sic] friends ! ;)

There's a big difference playing a sucker and running out from every where than playing another top player and playing tight knowing if you miss it might be over. I've seen many times two top players playing one pocket and one of them plays good and the other one looks like he can't spell one pocket. happens all the time.

Hey, I beat Raymond Ceulemans once, doesn't mean I can do it all the time! Accidents happen everyday in life, that was one of them. Stop trying to compare a 'One time occurrence,' whiler the other players have a history of continuous play against each other for BIG$, not a tournament!

But, lets forget about my opinion on how Bugs and he should of played SJD! Lets just go by what Scott says DR Bill said, and simple math! It implies that SJD played as well or better than Bugs and RA, since they were both considered the BEST players of ALL 3's era! Just be honest, does that, by any stretch of the imagination sound, 'creditable!'

YOU, never saw, Bugs, Artie or Ronnie play in their prime, I have, YOUR info is strictly 2nd hand hearsay!

You or anyone else is beating a 'dead' horse, trying to convince ANYONE that SJD played as well as, RA, AB or Bugs! And those are the REAL facts!

Sorry Lenny, but sometime the truth is REALLY the truth!
You are right I never saw them play in their prime and I also am not saying SJD or any of them played better then the other as you have said. You never saw SJD play in his prime so for you to put the mans game down or say he would get a spot from this guy or get tortured from that guy is blowing smoke, that is the truth.

Scott and Artie NEVER played! PLEASE verify that with Scott!

BTW, in the same night, Artie beat 'Bugs' EVEN and Billy I EVEN playing 1 pocket!

Artie played Bugs first, while they were playing, Billy was woofing to play the winner!

Artie told him, "Don't worry, You'll get to play the winner!"

Jack Parks and Tommy Belanti staked Billy to play Artie.

Second string?, you never saw the guy play but here you are talking nonsense once again. You keep losing credibility with your post and anyone with half a brain on this forum can see it for what it is. You are like Burt hating on Eddie for what you don't have. Maybe Steve will be nice enough to add 3 cushion to the HOF along withe one hole and banks but I wouldn't count on it.

The FACTS are, He's always been known as the guy to go and trap, 'easy pickings!' that's the truth! He was in EVERY road player's black book with a star!

I'm NOT trying to defame him, (like he's done many times to me) just the facts from MANY TOP players!

Who are these many top players?, Allen Hopkins was a kid when Dick was in action and all the way across the country so its no wonder he never heard of him. There are great players some might never hear of depending on their location during years past. Ask someone on the west coast if they heard of someone like Country or Port Chester Mickey. I had never heard of Jerry Brock until I got into the south.

YOU certainly wouldn't know any TOP road players from the 60's and 70's, who prowled the countryside looking for, 'second string' go offs! It's ALL about making a living on the road, the strong survive and the weak get sheared!

Across the country! He never went east of Chicago and that was for a hot NY
minute!

I knew them both, Country VERY well, Mickey was a GREAT talented player, much knowledge! Country Steered me and Paul Jones on our first road trip East, in 1968.

I can't wait to grow old!

Mr3----------------------------------------SJD

Don't worry, it's worst than it looks! LOL!

Lenny, he is right at his average, one misspelled word for every seven !... Do not encourage him to keep up his inane BS !...He knows less about being on the road, than Cocobola Cowboy !..;)

PS..Good one 7days !...Except Mr. 3-IQ doesn't know how (or even when) to laugh !

Hey Mr3C, did you see the text opinions of Scott Frost? Maybe you missed them based on your recent garbage..

I saw it, it's meaningless! Without verification! From a poster that was last here in 2012! Where did the SJD 'minions' dig that guy up!

When I speak to Billy I in Chicago next week, I'll verify his comments to Scott!

Yes, Mr3C is right...i havent posted much...like i said...but i have been on this forum for over 10 yrs reading atleast a few times a week,,,,because i do like pool and i am good friends with alot of great pool players...including Scott....

But please believe me....i dont Know SJD..RA...Fast Lenny...Artie ..or even Mr3C.. I moved fromAZ here to cali over 15 yrs ago...but i stayed friends with Scott. All i wanted to do was ask Scott about His Opinion..and he Told me To Post our Texts for HIM!!!

One thing about Scott's opinion is he cannot speak (firsthand) about Artie or RA's game when they were in their prime years. Likewise, I don't think SJD ever saw Artie hit a ball (anywhere near his prime). So these opinions don't mean a whole lot unless one is familiar with both of their games in their prime.
