My new to me Anniversary

I thought I would show some pics of my new to me Anniversary. I bought the table last February and stripped every piece down to bare wood and restained/finished it. I sent the rails to Mark Gregory who did a fantastic job of recalibrating the rails and intalled new Superspeeds. I polished all the pocket castings to look almost like mirrors.

Looks great!

Is that in your kitchen? If so, I'm showing it to my wife!

No the oven is in his man cave! Sweet table.

I did the same to one I found up here a few months ago. Sold a Gold Crown I had to do it. Messy job and a lot of work. In the end it's worth it.

Very wise choice, marks work is top notch. Worth every penny.

I've been to his shop and seen his setup and work first hand. He is the master Yoda of the Brunswick Anniversary, only taller and less brown. He is literally building his own rails from scratch now and could probably build the entire table from the ground up if he truly wanted/needed to. There's more to say about the table that he's building for me but it's close to being completed.... really close. To say I can't wait is an understatement.

I recently spent the day with a student in Joliet IL who also has a Brunswick Anniversary, looking much like the OP's table. The really interesting part is that he acquired the table very inexpensively (original owner just wanted it out of the house), and that it was in PRISTINE condition. Being 60+ years old, it's amazing how nice this table looked and played. The older Brunswick tables certainly look beautiful, and have the ability to play really well too.

Everytime I see a picture of an Anniversary i almost lose it, sure would like to have a few words with the goofball who ruined all the skirts on mine. I did replace them with some very nice maple but it's just not the same. FYI the damaged skirts were not included when I bought the table. I was told some tried moving the table with disassemblying it.
In any case beautiful table.

Outhole,
Congrats on your new toy! Hope you have many years of enjoyment given all the hard work you put into it, finished mine recently so I have an idea as to what was required. Steve

Congratulations! You will love it. Mark redid my Centennial and it plays lights out!

Enjoy!
