I posted on a thread about our favorite cue. Seems to have been deleted. Anybody know why?

The truth of the matter

There hasn't been much drama on AZ lately and Mr Wilson was getting really bored. So he figured hey I'll mess with Chris and delete his thread...hehehe🤓

Apparently, the OP of that thread missed a hanger playing one-pocket....
...he broke all his cues and asked Mr Wilson to scrub the thread.

He's back at the pool hall now, maybe he'll ask for reinstatement of said thread.

..he's playing with a Wallabuska now

LOL, maybe I was dreaming. I wonder how offensive a thread can get named "my favorite cue".

It was a very poorly worded thread and was of no benefit to the AZ community, so I requested it to be removed. There is no "best cue" for everyone, it is all to subjective to a individuals preference and style of play. Hindsight is 20/20, I apologize to anyone I offended.

Was in no way offensive. The best is the one you play your best with. My favorite cue is the Gina cue I'll never have. Gotta have dreams.

Thank you for the explanation. FYI I liked the thread. I thought it was well done.

It wasn't best......it was favorite. You are kidding about reporting it right?

No, I don't think he's kidding. He didn't like his own post. Shooter08 is a character!

I have to admit. I do occasionally listen to Toby Keith. I will not admit to listenting to Taylor Swift, however.

It had condescending overtones, I did not intend. It was to the effect that your personal favorite cue (mine included), isn't the "best" cue. Best can be both objective or subjective depending on connotation so no need to debate it, that is why I asked to have it removed.

Ok.....I understand that. BUT the most shocking part about it was that is was actually removed. What is this place coming to?

Thanks for the info. I just started a new thread about favorite cues and modifications and would like to have your input.
