Just a reminder that this piece of shit is still out there thinking of new ways to scam someone who hasn't gotten the news yet.
He ended up sticking me for $570. The local sheriff detective in Watkins Glen helped me (Thank you!) and was going to arrest him and charge him with fraud if he could not show him that the lathe he offered me for sale existed. Forney obviously couldn't do that. So he paid me down under the grand larceny threshold in New York to throw the beef back to a civil matter. Then he had the balls to e mail me and tell me he had sent the money order for the $570 back on February 1. Of course it never arrived. Then he said it must have gotten lost in the mail. This puke has the worse luck with shipping doesn't he? That's the last I heard from him.
Forney is a liar, a thief and a con man. The world will be a much better place when he and his child molesting son Fornycater Jr. waste their last breath of the planet's air. Karma is a ***** and he's on it's schedule.
Watch out for him always people no doubt he will try it again.
