I've worked in Healthcare 25 years including with mentally ill persons. Earl is unbalanced...it's documented besides. He was 4 to 1 to implode for this event. He's one of the best ever, but irreparably broken. It's sad and after years of this very tragic.
 
Looks like Earl has some kind of pillow on his back and ear muffs. Daz has a headset. Odd, like a scene from a futuristic movie..

Hide the sharp objects!!! Nick Varner never says much but when Earl did that, he was speechless.
