You mean to tell me that someone would actually have Pool?

Well alrighty then we have a positive!

I've got a ''flota'' in a Parish just outside New Orleans for sale, anyone interested, it's relocatable ;).

Not really a positive Robin.
It's just one of the streamers trying to lay claim to some kind of pseudo authority.
Governing body my arse.

Great!! Now we know who to criticize and blame for EVERYTHING!!

Maybe this is ENGLISH!'s new career?

They have no mission statement, contact info or names (was just @ website). :grin-square:
Sometimes you see the same thing with self-published books and video tapes. The author refuses to identify himself. It's either low self-esteem or there's an arrest warrant to be avoided.

No, thank goodness.

Let's present the question of whom another way...

Whom, if anyone, is qualified to call themselves the governing body of online billiards?

.............
Didn't we just have a couple of posters who were angry about players getting ripped off by streamers? Didn't they also have a streaming site? Who's their governor?

It's the same guy, Zack Goldsmith. His name is at the bottom of the site on the home page. Same group that was on here trying to get all streamers to use their site.

Yes Bob,
We did.
They do.
That's the main question, who are they governing?
By what authority?
Who governs them?
I guess that's 3 questions.

An even better question is, what happens when all the other streamers hear that there is a governing body, of which they have no knowledge or participation in?

Some common sense would go a long way here.

it is "we" the pool illuminati....do not ask questions.....for there will be no answers....look to the past for which you seek....speak not do we of fight club...tell em dad...i mean erm...uh ....Neil

Before it's too late, let me make it clear that I'm not a basher of pioneers and people who try new things. Far from it. So I'm not trying to rake the mud, for the sake of being right about something. In fact, I agree with the premise that content control is an overlooked and underdeveloped avenue in the pool video realm. However, making yourself a tin-foil crown and declaring yourself king is not realistic.
