Chezka Centeno vs Allison Fisher - Live Now & FREE on OTRTV

Congrats on the win. Chezka will be a great player shortly. She just needs to lay off the almost crazy shots that she probably can't get good position on the next balls. That will stop as soon as she gets burnt doing it. All young guns go through that. Johnnyt

How was chuck orris slow? He was/is a master level black belt in tang soo do(the same discipline me and my brother take) he was a legit competitor in karate and also learned/started while in the service over in Okinawa n japan

I never heard of him being in Okinawa. He started his martial arts in Osan AB, Korea.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_Norris

He joined the United States Air Force as an Air Policeman (AP) in 1958 and was sent to Osan Air Base, South Korea. It was there that Norris acquired the nickname Chuck and began his training in Tang Soo Do (tangsudo), an interest that led to black belts in that art and the founding of the Chun Kuk Do ("Universal Way") form. When he returned to the United States, he continued to serve as an AP at March Air Force Base in California.

I agree, she may need to cut out a few of them, but not all of them. :)

Watching the finals now...

The women are going to have no chance against Chezka in very short order. She just plays a different style of game than the rest of the ladies.

A couple of things I noticed...

Allison/top female pros makes the connect-the-dots outs very nicely and probably better than Chezka. Always perfectly inline etc. The big difference is, when they DO get out of line, they have a much harder time recovering and their make% on those touchy, jacked up, power shots drops off sharply. This is where Chezka has the big advantage IMO. She shoots those out-of-line, jacked up, touchy shots like hangers. She gets through the tough racks much better. The second thing I noticed was her position play. She takes routes that you don't see any of the other women play. Advanced routes, that are required to get through the very tough racks. The third, is her aggression. When there is a slightly off angle combo, one that all the top men would shoot, I noticed Allison play safe. Chezka shoots in those same situations. This too will allow her to achieve a higher level than the rest of the women field.

Congrats to Skyler and Chezka. Both are amazing for the game and fun to watch!

She is definitely the real deal. I think your analysis was spot on. She simply has no fear of missing. Probably because she doesn't. Yes, still some polish needed...but she's a world beater at 17 and will only improve. She make it look easy because for her it is.

I'd sure like to see a report card on her eyesight...must be a supergirl rating, better than 20-20, like good fighter pilots.

Is there a link to watch the video where she defeated Amar Kang? I read that she will be in the US for the next 3 months. Who is she scheduled to match up against and what are the next tournaments lined up for her?

I do not believe she can beat the likes of the SVB, Ocullo, Pagulayan and Shaw yet, but who among the other current US players do you think she can beat in her current level of play? Do you think she will have a chance in the men's tours with not of lot of "big boys" present?

I played Jean Balukas 2 games of 14.1 in Queens, NY in the late 1960's or early 1970's. Jean was a great player, but this Chezka would beat her even at this point in her young pool life. Johnnyt

What room was this at? Gambling, exhibition, tournament or funsy?

*Edit- nvrmind. I think we all know the story is suspect (again)

Uh oh, it was only a matter time until a female came along with the fire power of a man but with the touch of woman. She hit every shot with the perfect amount of English, scary. I hope we get to see her play on some big tables soon
