I've not had a problem with U.S. Open or Accu-Stats in the past. In fact they have been one of the best quality previously.
Not many things are as frustrating as a frozen stream. I've always watched the U.S. Open in the past. I would hope this hotel has enough bandwidth to carry this stream.
In the meantime, I will avoid it until you guys say the stream is fine.

Avoid it for now. It was horrible for the last two matches. The first match of the evening was not great but it only froze twice and was otherwise watchable. The Souquet match and Strickland match were both horrible and froze constantly.
I only bought the evening matches and I was able to watch about 1/3rd of the content I paid for. I hope Accustats realizes that is not acceptable and attempts to make things right. I don't really care about the money, I just want to watch the tournament. If they reimbursed me one session that actually streams properly that would be perfectly acceptable and if it streams properly I will probably buy most of the rest of the sessions from them. As it stands though, I cannot see paying if it continues like this, I saw ~80% of a single match after buying the evening session... Fun to watch the young girl play (and man can she shoot!) but I figured I was buying three matches of content, I effectively saw one...
What's mind boggling is that Kozoom streamed 16 tables for free from the other side of the world in Qatar, and I could switch between tables with ease. Yet Accu-Stats is streaming a few states away, and I spend most of my time staring at a Loading screen.
Don't forget, stuff like this happens with every single one of their live streams. I'm not upset, because I'm only out $6, but I definitely won't be out anymore. At least not until the final day which I always end up purchasing for some odd reason. What's the definition of insanity again?
