So the last 3 big events Ive seen him in...

Chinook - 2nd place
Tony C event - 3nd place
White Diamonds - 1st place

All of these events had very strong fields. What a talent. I know JAM loves when I rave about Ohio :grin:, but here is another unreal talent raised in the "heart of of it all". His composure and attitude at 20 impress me the most.

Billy won the Great Dismal Swamp 9-Ball Classic the warm up event right before the US Open it was full of top players he beat SVB twice in that event on 9ft tables.

This kid is a hell of a young player on all tables and all games.
 
Already known as a great all-around talent, Billy is starting to show some top form in rotation pool.

At the US Open last month, I watched Billy's match with reigning WPA World 9-ball Champion Albin Ouschan and Billy really tested the world champion in a double hill thriller that ultimately went Albin's way.

Billy is on the rise for sure and will be in the Mosconi conversation very soon.
 
Would like to see Billy on the Mosconi Cup over either MD or RM.. I know they are more seasoned but I think Billy's drive and heart would be good for team USA.. He has a strong future if he keeps at it and stays grounded.
 
At age 20, plenty of time to improve. Possible he'll be knocking Dechaine out of the generally recognized #2 spot among USA players. Yes, definitely a top tier talent who is coming on strong.

Add Billy and Josh Roberts and we probroly win, we need a fresh prospective. They are both fearless and talented and they both have good attitudes.
 
I'd have to agree! I think we need some young, fresh and fearless talent but will root for team USA nonetheless.

I really believe a win for team USA would fire the game up a bit, but we keep calling the same plays and team Europe knows what to expect.

They have no fear of our current line up, they beaten us before and they expect to beat us again. They know our team is fragile.

I would have to agree I've known Billy since he was about 12 yrs old when I was just starting to play pool good kid with a good attitude with a ton of talent and fearless for sure but which one of us wasn't fearless at 20 but he has the nerves of steel to go with it keep sharp shooting them Champs billy and have alot of fun why your at it that's what it's all about
