It is a logo.
Cash cues used a dollar sign as their logo, that is not it though.
Not a pretty cue at all, no pattern to the design.

Logo is a bit sloppy, definitely not a cash cue and wouldn't doubt blackballed got it right

and don't know anything either.
Mine is a sneaky. 5/16x14 piloted, hand cut points. Good wood grain and finish.
Plays pretty well, would be a great first cue for someone. Have been leery to try to move it without knowing exactly what it is.
