Can anyone enlighten me about Diamond's retail business model and pricing?

I call back every missed call on my caller ID. I have turned quite a few missed calls into high dollar sales. Enough to make it a solid business practice. I work my marketing very hard to generate every lead I get and I follow through on every lead! :)

Trent from Toledo

P.s. I personally make every pool table sale, deliver and install them to :)

I can vouch for this; Trent called me back within 3-4 minutes of a PM!

I agree. I guess when everyone wants what you have, you're allowed to be as unorganized as possible and still sell out.

Well, the real problem is the out of country buyers. When they call about a sale, first of all, its in full, and second, they don't have to be talked into buying Diamonds, that's why they call....to place an order. Unlike most in this country, wow....thats kind of high priced, I'll have to think about that....and talk it over with my wife first, I'll get back to you! Mean while, Diamond is back ordered with out of country sales, and isn't wasting no time trying to fill the orders!

No prices seem to appear anywhere on their website, nor do I see a dealer locator. And their phone is going straight to voicemail for the last few days. I guess I was under the impression somehow that you bought the table direct from the factory and they shipped it to your installer, but the website doesn't mention that either.

So, where does one find retail pricing information and how to buy? There don't seem to be any dealers that come up in my area with a Google search.

Dave Clayton is a Diamond distributor in your area, and i believe he just got a truck load of 40 Diamond tables just recently

Doesn't sound like a problem to me! Diamonds are the best.

They just do sales, that's all.

Sorry my friend but how can you sell a product you know nothing about? Being an "authorized" dealer should mean more than just being an order taker. At a minimum this dealer should have had some training in the Diamond line of products, that includes more than just pricing and table sizes.
