Tony Vs Dennis Chit Chat Thread

I watched what they showed of Tony vs Shane, and now some of this when I can.
I'm coming around on 1 pocket.
It's definitely better to watch with 2 top players going at it!

i just got on the one pocket bandwagon, while watching SVB vs Tony last week. If Tony loses, he'll likely beat the spread.

It's always more fun when the circus comes to town :-)

TC has tremendous skill but he's shooting shots that require -- if he makes it -- for everything else to turn out perfect. He needs to dial it down a notch or he will lose.

Funniest moment on the stream last night:

Jay: I think I'll take a break.

Chat Room: Please tell Jay not come back from his break.

It's funny, tho... During the commentary, Jay didn't seem nearly as bitter about life as he is on Facebook these days... :-D

Actually the funniest moment was

"Imagine if Dennis had to think of 3 shots every time he came to the table."

What happened fo all the digs about his meucci ?

Wonder how many got suckered into those 20,000.00 side bets yesterday ?

One thing about Dennis is he takes so long to shoot.

Yes, because they're playing fast-paced 9 ball here.

I agree though, he does take more time than usual but he's one of the best in the world, there's a reason for that.

Its not really fair they need a shot clock. At Derby City there is a shot clock. It's a common move to slow the play down so much it drives your opponent crazy.

This has been discussed many times and it has been determined that players must look at a shot for at least 4 minutes before shooting.

How you like that?!

DCC has a million and a half players in the events, if there was no time limit you would have a 17 week tournament. Only exaggerating a bit.
