please help me with the aprox. year that this case was made and what a fair price or value would be on this 1x2 ADAM cue case?

I gave manwon $100.00 for one of those in 98% condition 3 years ago.

That one is not in 98% condition IMO.

Yup, my dad had one in puke green and gold, sold his for 75.00 or 100.00 as well. It was the fugliest case I ever saw.

I also like the looks of the cue,it
is common to see the Filipino players
playing cues just like that
