Besides Felts, what room has the most 9 footers? I've been approached to host an event and looking for some Good advice. Often the room owner is just as important as the equipment. If you know of this place, PM me. Thx

I liked Mile high billiards better than Felt

Mile high is great but they don’t have a whole bunch of 9fters. The pockets on those tables are way tight. The pros might like them if this event is for top players.

Matchups Ft. Collins

Check out Matchups folks in Ft. Collins. You will enjoy the local scene of downtown, plenty of tables . Mike and Nicole will take care of you.

Nick Varner refused to do his show on the 9 foot tables.
He called them "stupid tight"
Felt is the premier room in Colorado.
Look no further.
Measureman plays there,nuff said.

Felt is definitely nice. I played a few tournaments there while I was in town. My only issues were the tables were too close together, and it was louder than I’d like. I’m sure it’s nice during the day.

Matchups for Gold Crowns, Felt for Diamonds
Not many other choices except Antique Billiards in Colorado Springs, however I don't know what's going on there these days.
Mile High is a nice place, but they only have 4-9ft Diamond tables, super tight.
For a bar box tournament Mile High or Greenfields, both have Diamonds.

Matchups looks like a pretty cool place. I might have to make a trip up there to check it out.

Do they keep the tables in good condition?

Sure would be nice to have at least one room around Denver with some Gold Crowns (without the buckets for pockets like the ones at Felt).

The tables are real nice at Matchups.
One or two have larger pockets, some are a little tight, but they are just right.
Our retirement center in Loveland has 3 nice Gold Crowns, kept up nicely.
Less than 5 minutes from my house, free for us retiree's, and part of the Chilson Rec Center which is a very nice facility.
There is a pretty good golf game there as well.

Only downside is the people in Northern Colorado are flat out weird.

Gonna have to make me a trip to the Rockies 1 of these years & take a shot at Bruces Crown. The Mighty Lucasi going down plus just want to see Colorado again, its been quite a few years since I`ve been there.
PS; Might have to check out the retirement center as well

I will work Measureman over Saturday morning and try and soften him up a little. ;)

Truth be told I have not been playing since spring and he will pound me....at least the first set.

The title of "Worlds Okayest Pool Player" is always up for grabs.
Better bring your A game.

If I`m playing you Bruce, I`m bringing every letter in the Alphabet not just my ''A'' game. Remember I got Uncle Ted in the bullpen incase I fade fast. Uncle Ted`s got game from what I hear at the senior center.

RATS now I have gone and done it.

Cuebuddy......should always let a sleeping dog lay.

Kind of got stuck between a rock and a hard place now Jim.
Jim probably wont see this post until later.
He has about a 90 minute ride to get to Felt so he is probably on the road right now.

Cuebuddy sees all.

Except the correct angle on most shots.
