becomes first snooker player to make 1million pounds('bout 1.4mil$) in one season. He played VERY well in the WC final.

How anyone who can play snooker go into pool is beyond me.
Mark Grey should've stuck it out...maybe he would be making more?

What's your biggest regret?
"Not sticking it out and becoming a snooker player"

best shooting i have ever seen in a final. his cue power is insane

There were 2 deep screw shots he played (one on either side of the table I think), that were incredible. I'm not sure anyone else on the planet (and I include ROS) could replicate either!

Gotta link to a video for those shots?
I think ill have to catch up on the snooker videos tonight.

He shot amazing the last 2 days in that final. Pleasure watching him. About time he won the Crucible. Nice to see that they make really good money too.

There is was a delicate touch shot that he switches hands and hits it perfectly .

This whole match has been awesome . I seem to remember Ronnie said something to the effect that Higgins was the player that could put fear into him. Such a tactician and
fighter. Can’t wait to see Trump and O’Sullivan hook em up.

I have been watching on DAZN what a bargain. The snooker has been such a bonus.”

He had 7 centuries to Higgins 4 , glad to see him win love watching him play he's got a serious high gear

To put it simply, they just weren't good enough.

Mark Gray played 12 seasons as a professional, and he only ever won one event, which was non-ranking. He never finished hire than Last 32 in a ranking event.

In 12 seasons, he only managed 15 centuries. Meanwhile, Kyren Wilson has only played 7 seasons and already has 158 centuries.

Mark Gray was probably better than your average club player, but would have never been good enough to win anything major.

I don't see what the big deal is. He just hit it on the bottom and it came back. He had a place to rest his hand, which helped.

And those who still say snooker players don't use side might enjoy watching some of Judd's matches.

Bridging off the end rail, he drew eleven feet on an eleven foot shot, and the pot at that speed is difficult. I'll admit I don't play much snooker, but that sure looked difficult.

I think there is only one other pro player who would have tried that shot and that's Neil Robertson. Judd made it look relatively easy. And he did get safe on the reds.
