You do know its already been canceled, right???? I was just wondering what folks are going to do that week since its been put off a year.So one will draw & quarter you to death for not supporting pool. Think staying away from lots, and lots of people with questionable social habits is good idea.
Beside is your life worth a chance to go to DCC? I was going to go just too look, spectate, and enjoy myself for a few day like 10-12 years ago.
The drive was too long, the cost was too high, so I stay home with my other hobby.
So many thing we do not know about C-19, whey become a number in a morgue?

Are you high??? I am simply, to some anyway, asking what AZ'rs are doing that week. Comprehension just isn't your strong suit.Well I would think life would go on, should not effect too manor directly. Of it did I sore Uncle Sam would step up to help. Promoters do spend big bucks lobbying?
Actual thought there was talk of doing it.
Good luck to ya.I am playing in the Midwest Open at Michael's Biliards in Fairfield, OH. I have paid entry into all three events and will likely play in the mini's as well. That is the week of Jan 18th. There is info on the Live Streaming forum here on AZ and they have an event FB page. The event is sold out with a waiting list.
On Sunday 1/24, I plan to watch the AFC Championship and NFC Championship games.
After the merger with Eldorado the IGC made the new co. sell three Indiana locations. Guess Gregg will have to sit down and smoke the peace-pipe with the tribe. Not sure when DCC's contract is up.Caesar's Southern Indiana (where DCC is played) was just sold to the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Nation yesterday. Not sure how that will affect the future of this event.
Location was huge, but so is the change in pool since those days...even without current covid impact. You know, it is that time of year again, and I would really like to be knee-deep in planning to head up to the DCC, anticipating leaving all of my cares behind for a week, but . . .
I have been once before -- at the Executive West in 2007. A good friend had pitched the DCC to me again and again, so I finally went with high expectations. As I drove home from an experience that far exceeded my wildest dreams, my reverie was punctuated by one recurring thought: I have got to go back. Then DCC moved, and the reviews from southern Indiana were, let's just say, not the type to make me want to go pack the truck.
Based upon solely upon its association with DCC, I did venture three hours north to the Mississippi Delta in July 2012 to attend the Southern Classic in a Tunica casino. This event/experience clearly demonstrated the difficulties of replicating the DCC. My bottom line inquiry about DCC at this point is this: What is going on in southern Indiana that causes so many folks to yearn for DCC's return to the Executive West? Its been 10 years. By now, DCC at Executuve West should only be good memories of the past and nothing more, but today's DCC continues to be haunted by the Executive West Era.
Here's wishes for a happy and safe New Year to all!
Depends on what time. Later in the day, more likely to be both.beer or fish?
The Cherokee are a friendly tribe, since the treaty was signed.Caesar's Southern Indiana (where DCC is played) was just sold to the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Nation yesterday. Not sure how that will affect the future of this event.
