A man named Rich Pohlokin created the tip tapper and brought his friend Lou in as a partner. They sold thousands of them for years! They couldn't make them fast enough to keep up with demand! They are made of steel and will last forever. It was a "must have" tool for pool players back in the late 70's, 80's and into the 90's.This is awesome! There is an ad for Lou Butera's tip tapper on Page 29. I bought one of them from Lou and I loved it! Lou actually sold a lot of them. I remember some of the events written up here, too.
Thanks for the memories.
