Shane in trouble, down 9-5. Shane might pull this out yet, but the most ridiculous comment of the day was by Boyes, when, during the opening match on the stream table, he suggested that going away from the template would help Shane because he breaks hard anyway. As Shaw rightly pointed out, there are far mote tactical racks than when they used the template and that's the area of the game in which Shane is not among the most elite. Also, with more dry breaks, the packages will be hard to manufacture today, which is also not to Shane's advantage. By comparison, the Woodward/Gomez match has been a study in rock solid tactical pool. Billy Thorpe has been right on the mark in commentating this match, recognizing that this tug of war has featured some great pool.

If the kid beats Shane, 10$ says he gets steamrolled next match from being hungover from the excitement of beating SVB.

SVB better call the airport. Played horrible and the kid's played good(and got a lot of rolls).

That missed jump should be match.

I wonder why he didn't try a safe on the 2 before that?
