Obviously a weak field, but that's where the game is right now. The superstars of Asia are missing and most of the stars of Europe are missing, too. Kudos to CSI for introducing new events at this time.

I fear the US Open field in September will be the weakest of the last twenty years, but it's still good to see these events are being played.

I'll be there for this one! SVB and Alex were signed up but they had to back out I guess.

Now down to only 47 players.
2 players who pulled out -John Morra ,Tony Robles.
Actually am surprised that Tony Robles fargo is only 727

Maybe I missed something but the numbers on all the above events add up to $10-20,000 less than it should be if all the players are paying a $500 entry. Looks like 10K is being deducted from the prize money in each of the first two events and 20K from each of the second two. Perhaps that should be explained somewhere on their information page.

The Player Guide says the entry fee is $350 plus an admin fee, which depends on when the player registered, of either $20 or $40.

Didn't Appleton's event have a shootout? I forget. Does anyone know why his events disappeared? I think he quit before Corona was an issue.
