In the end it was a bad dream. A wet dream was more predictable. I thought team members going in the pit after every win in a match was rather juvenile and unprofessional. Little League baseballesque.

Interesting- Emily asked Alex if he could pick one captain to go head to head with on Team USA, who would it be. Few of them mentioned Johan

Biggest thing that jumed out at me during that presser is MR calling out the USA method for team selection. Hopefully MR can throw some weight at this issue.

I think I may have posted it last year, but I think a real good idea is to have a blow up the Mosconi format and include a small handful of nations. USA, Europe, Philippines, China.....

Using the moniker of the "Mosconi Cup" may get the USA's knickers in a knot. However having multiple 5 man teams may still allow getting it completed within a week, and it would add additional spice to the mix.

At least the outcome would be anyone's guess rather than such a certainty

philippines, taiwan, china, poland, russia, austria could all field a team to potentially beat the US. maybe i should put austria before russia, but otherwise in that order.
