I’ve never visited America. It sounds like a pool player can still have a fun holiday over there. From comments on here, there seems to be a lot of action and tournaments going on. In my part of the world, even if I fly to the capital, it’s still a struggle to find any decent games and forget about hitting random tournaments etc.

Maybe if the world stops being crazy I’ll make it there it one day :)

Phoenix is AMAZING for pool if you're in the right Fargo range. You can play tournaments almost every night of the week, and larger tournaments a couple times a month. All of the pool rooms have diamond tables and are kept in great shape. There is a Facebook group where everyone in the pool scene shares information.

If you're rated around 575 or under, this is where you need to be. If you're over 650, be prepared to watch everyone else play while you wait for an event that'll let you in.

I think its like that everywhere in the county. The better players never or rarely get action.

I now live in Tucson and am in a pool group in facespace.
The amount of action and tourneys in PHX is unreal.
You can post from a pool hall there and have action within the hour it seems.

They have their own Mosconi Cup format event between East side and West side PHX as well as the Desert Cup between AZ and NV.
They have a 565 and under tour and I believe they are starting a 630 and under in 2022.

I can't imagine a place with more action.

I live in a small town called Vero Beach Florida
we have a monthly nine ball and monthly 10 ball tournaments that are open to anyone
And you can find action in my pool room
(Not with me 😂😂

Colorado Springs is still happening. More leagues than you can shake a stick at, 4 good pool halls, and 4-5 tournaments every weekend.
