Eagle Eye Takes Aim at 14.1 High Runs

In fact, I'm going to get my cue and head down there right now to show him what's what. Tell him to wait for me. 🤣

On his latest 16+ rack run, Jason had the eight ball on the end rail with another ball near the pocket. A combination? Jason looked it over, then he said "Playing the 8-ball", making it seem like he was going to squeeze the 8-ball by the other ball. Instead, the 8-ball combo'ed the other ball into the pocket. Why didn't wrldpro halt the run there?

Man, look at the "experts" come out of the woodwork again. Hey everyone, I think he's playing wrong. Look at me.

Well, here is the deal. I will stake any of the "bad" pro's you knocked, and give you 2-1 on the money, and you get to have anyone on the planet tell you every shot to shoot when it's your turn. Heck, you can even have a seance and ask WIllie for advice. So, you should be able to crush these guys, no ?

But, they will claim they don't shoot straight enough so its not fair.

Ok, here is another deal, you can pick any player on the planet you want to shoot for you, but you have to tell them every shot to take and we'll play straight up for that action. Remember, they have to shoot the shot you tell them, they can't piss without you pointing to the bathroom ;)

$5K offer is out. Come get you some ;)

He's at his 2nd 200+ of the day. This didn't age well either. Ready to just tap?
The last 200 he escaped multiple times. If you go through the racks he is lucky over and over. Almost scratched off the rack twice. To be honest he should not have missed the shot he missed. The racks took their toll on him and he didn't even come close to the shot. The shot looked weak.
I won't go back and forth, I'll reserve the rest of my comments till it is over and we will see what happens. it's possable as it goes on he may get weaker instead of stronger. today may be his best day. Watching this and doing my taxes at the same time.

Do you have any videos of you playing 14.1?

Anyone know if you can watch this without being logged into FB?

A friend of mine would like to watch it but is not on FB.

EDIT: I would logout and try but I guarantee I don't know my password to FB and not dealing with that today.

I used to, I had a VCR when they first came out and a big black and white camera that I had set up in my pool room so people could tape themselves. I had a number it tapes of myself doing 100 plus runs and I run over 200 a few times.

I'll tell you something interesting if you have a good tape of yourself playing good if you watch that tape quietly before you play say a tournament match it's kind of like a mental practice. You know how when you watch too good players play you have that feeling you can just walk to the table and duplicate what you just saw.

That's what I use the tapes for but God knows whatever happened to them those are old VCR tapes that are probably moldy if I even know where they are.

I think I know what happened to him, I had a little episode one day and I got really angry about pool and I tore up all my newspaper clippings and articles and I'm pretty sure I smashed those up also that day I even broke a cue. This was shortly after I sold my last pool room and I really wanted to get away from it completely.

blah blah blah

His patterns have been suspect. Anyone with any knowledge of the game could tell you that.

Despite that, he's still going to put up some big numbers.

One thing this challenge has shown is that when played on generous equipment, 14.1 isn't that tough IF (key word IF) you can shoot straight and pocket balls well.

wrong, its still tough. So, if it's so easy, and I'm allowing some railbird jerk to be consulted by the best 14.1 players on the planet, why are they not stealing my money ??

Let me guess, you ran 2 racks once, lol

WOW< thanks Captain Obvious. What we do without your vast expertise. We'd be fuking lost, that's what ;)

Bobby says he it was obvious he was playing the combo — run continues.

When he missed the second 200 + run he should have made the ball. You would have made it. He shot it like a give up shot, half hearted. That rough 200+, and it was rough with a bunch of have to make shots, had taken a toll. He was ready to miss.
