That's odd. You probably already did, but maybe try roughing it some with sandpaper or a tip tool.
Master chalk is about $20 for a gross box of 144 pieces. Magic chalk I believe sells at around $3-$4 a piece wholesale, so it’s still roughly 15-20 times the cost of Master chalk, at least wholesale price. Obviously the mark up for selling Master chalk is a significantly higher percentage markup than Magic chalk.
I used the sand paper on the last forever tip tool to make my shape,on my lathe as it spun
Maybe it was the circular marks that didn't hold much,
How can this be true on a masse' or jump or other shot where the tip touches the table? My concern is that if this chalk DOES manage to get on the table, is it staining of the cloth? Does it come up with a vacuum? Brush? Water? All of the above? I would really like to hear the answer to this from someone who has gotten this chalk on their cloth where the color is highly different from the chalk. Thanks.
It's not that big a deal
I jump and masse at league all the time on blue simonis, it doesn't look like green spooge all over the table.
It's expensive for this reason
It's a very light shade of green to begin with

One more upside to the Taom. I've always been one who chalked every shot as part of my pre shot routine. I got used to chalking only once at the beginning of each rack with this chalk so I leave it on the table with the rest of my gear. The upside for me is not knocking the damn thing into the pocket on ball return tables.

Have noticed the something else in the last few days. When following the cue after making the object ball, the cue ball travels so smoothly afterwards it's just a different deal, there's no hop or having to add extra top spin to accomplish the follow roll that your looking to achieve. The dust that was in the room isn't as bad either. Looks like a total cleaning is about to take place. The real problem now is, when are all the rooms going to switch out for this new chalk, so everyone benefits? That would really take a long time too happen.

If you were customer friendly giving out Toam Chalk, your bottom line would fall like a jet fighter with fuel gauge in empty.
Crash is what your bottom line would do.
I can't stand a filthy shaft and ferrule! My Predator Vantage doesn't clean up all that great around the ferrule. But have recently discovered Dr Cue shaft cleaner... I use Pyro and love it... How does it differ from the V10?
I totally agree! Once it falls into the pocket bye bye... Luckily mine rolled down to the ball return on a Diamond Table!

Ya your experience mirrors mine. I am blown away with this clean this chalk is. If you own your table and play frequently I think it's money well spent. I still haven't wiped my cue ball down once after 3 playing sessions and can't see any chalk on the cloth. Cloth also doesn't feel as gritty. They hit a home run with this. Really glad I tried it out. I won't play with my masters ever again due to cleanliness difference. Next time I buy I will likely get a set of 9 to cut cost down that should last me a really long time.
I have been using pyro for a while on my home table. Have had zero complaints. i have been using the Exceed chalk at the pool hall because it applies better than pyro, especially on break/jump tips.

Well the one thing I ca say truthfully about Toam Chalk have ever seen.
But people who have and used who paid for stuff love.
Have not seen anything in long time get some much attention, and positive comments.
Master is going no where, because a gross is under 25 bucks.
People will by the Toam after they say a Cube will last a long time. The Cue or Circle of Chalk, cost less then decent dinner for two.

One of the other things I'm really digging about this chalk besides its performance that no one has mentioned...
Have you noticed that as you wear it down, the paper is serrated along the edge so when you get to that point, I'm assuming you just peel it off (kinda like when you wear down a crayon) and just keep using it vs a Masters chalk you just dig a hole in it and toss it in the trash.
How does the V10 compare to the Pyro? I hear it's even better?!
