Let’s Talk about it…

ALL pool tables built that are moved in and out of tournaments over and over again, I don't care WHO builds them, are based on the BOX design, think about it people!!! You CAN'T take a home table designed frame, and convert it to a movable frame, it was NEVER designed to be moved after its initial set up!!!
I take it that is why you like the Pro-Am over the Professional.

Ouch :). That being said, not sure anyone here could argue with him.

The first ones used in Arizona had 3 piece slates. Ernesto helped set them up, and had to drill the slates to pull down the crowns. Then, the balls hopped off the rails, so he had to loosen up the rails and slide penny's under them, tighten them back down, raising the nose heights. Yeah, they played great alright🤣

That's some crazy stuff! Who makes these tables for them?

Just seen a post on Facebook from I believe Ernesto's son that said his father got a call first thing this morning from Kamir and is now fixing the tables which was said to be a slate problem.

Wouldn't make any difference in who builds the tables, but its Sams Billiards in Spain. NO steel or aluminum C channel frame, requardless of what all the engineers here on AZB think, will work to support a movable 9ft pool table. Name ANY 9ft pool table built, by anyone, put a jack under one leg, jack it up, and lift that one leg off the floor 2", while the other 3 feet are still on the floor! Does ANYONE realize how much flex in the frame that is??? What does that flex do to the slates, MOUNTED to that flexing frame????
Take a Diamond table, the ProAm design, lift the two diagonal opposite legs off the floor, the table will literally balance on TWO opposite legs, because the table virtually has NO twist in the box frame design, so guess what, the UGLY DUCKLING of commercial pool tables wins the race in its ability to do what no other table manufacturer has been able to do, build a portable 9ft pool table to support supplying pool tables to events as needed!!!

I'd be inclined to believe him after all he is one of the best players in the world..
I called it junk when Predator announced they were coming out with their new pool table, and everyone here on AZB started talking shit about how badass Predator was, and that they'd certainly knock Diamond off! Everyone here gave me so much shit, said I didn't know what in the hell I was talking about, who do I think I am, Predator is the best, they KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!

People on here aren’t happy. Their joy in life is talking shit.

Even if Shane had said he liked the Predator table, anyone watching the play knows these tables are terrible.

My inclination was to optimistically assume that Predator, a company committed to high standards in its product line, would address the problems and we'd see level tables from them by 2023. Now, based on RKC's posts, and he is this forum's undisputed guru on the subject of tables, it seems my optimism is unjustified. Sad to hear this.

It's very unfortunate, for given Predator's great support of pro pool, I'd like to see them get a good return on their investment, but this equipment SNAFU won't help in that regard.

PS All that said, these tables are not nearly as bad as the title of this thread. "Let's Talk About It" doesn't offer as much as a clue with respect to the content of the thread.

How much is going knuckle deep in your butthole worth?

I could use a sponsor.
Sorry, but the answer to that question is found near the bushes along the sidewalks in San Francisco, not here, but I'm sure you'll find plenty of sponsors in no time at all🤣
