Doesn't look like any are 100% "nosers". Eyes and heads are slanted and off to the side of the cue. Definitely 100% focus and concentration.
could be thats their vision center position

i do know if you put the cue anywhere else but mid chin (the guy with the beard and the guy 3rd down on the left seem to have their nose and shaft in line ) your nose will be off the shaft line
usually angled off not parallel from my observations

yes it seems he is strongly left eye dominant and yes thats HIS vision center. (jmho )
no way to know how much info from his right eye he uses but probably some
a patch over his right eye i think would bother him at first (depth perception at the least )
but he probably would adapt quickly
