If someone gets called a douche, more than likely the name-caller is not jealous of them. Can you please describe why people would be jealous of him?

Golf,Baseball,Football just to name a few are played under different conditions all the time and records are recognized.if records want to be recognized by all they need to be broken on the current type of conditions that are presently played.
that is how all sport records are viewed.
right now its diamonds or gold crowns with 4.5 inch pockets with standard shelf. nothing modified for the record try.
do it right.

But pool is a little different,I get your point.
I play in a room that has Gold Crowns and Diamonds.
The Gold Crowns are slop buckets compared to the Diamonds.
The Gold Crowns are way too easy,I like the Diamonds better.
Who had special conditions or equipment changed to break a record?measureman, the records are made in the current playing conditions and equipment in use. not on special conditions or equipment changed especially to break a record.
Well damn. The case is closed. I was hoping for endless pages discussing the same thing.Conditions should replicate what the size of pockets for Mosconi's record / John S. record and
as far as I am concerned it was. I also think it should stay that way. I also don't think it will be
a walk in the park for anyone to break Jayson's record and certainly not on a 4 1/2 pocket. Case closed!
