100% spot on. Either the cloth is too fast or the rails are too active. Either way, who would want to play on that, hit the CB with any force at all and you have zero idea where it's going to land. The table at my office has slow cloth and rails that nearly eject the ball faster than it goes into the rail - it is simply un-playable.
That's because you didn't apply the Armor All to your rails! What were you thinking?!
